For the modest price of $10 (US) you've saved me having to program the functionality myself and losing a whole morning.

This is such a useful utility, I don't know why it's not a standard feature of Outlook. We are now able to assign one member of the team to looking after the reminders for a piece of equipment and everyone on a distribution list will get a reminder, so the job will *definitely* get done!
